Inventories must be checked and be handed
in at reception as soon after arrival as possible. Shortfalls and
breakages will be charged for on departure. Lodges are fully
equipped for self catering. DO NOT bring bed linen, i.e.
sheets, blankets, duvets & pillows etc. Each lodge is equipped with
TV and DSTV (Your Own Decoder and Smart Card is required). Servicing: Students: Cancellations: Deposits will NOT BE REFUNDED due to cancellations - This regulation is applicable at most holiday resorts on the coast, due to loss of income due to advertising overheads.
No cancellations on arrival will be possible since we allow all our prospective visitors free access to this website where all our facilities are clearly recorded and where photographs & pictures of the venue are available for perusal 365 days of the year. Basic service of sweeping and cleaning is
provided, (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Should guests require
just dish-washing and sweeping to be performed on such days, an additional
charge of R50 shall be levied per day. Should the full service be
required on such days, a fee of R100 will be raised and this
requirement must be requested in advance. Washing & Ironing will be done at an extra charge of R100 per bundle (5 kg).
Students (aged 17 to 21) must produce a valid identification document/book (id book) in order to qualify for the applicable discounted rates hereto.
